Spykio is a mobile puzzle game created by an independent artist/developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
1. Information collected by Spykio
Spykio does not require user accounts, names, email addresses, logins, or personal profiles.
The app may store basic game information locally on your device, such as settings, preferences, best scores, and gameplay progress. This information is stored on your device and is not sent directly to the developer.
2. Advertising
Spykio uses Google AdMob to show ads in the app.
Google AdMob may collect and process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction data, and other technical information to provide, measure, and improve advertising.
Depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalised or non-personalised.
3. Consent for users in Europe, the UK, and Switzerland
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Spykio will ask for advertising consent where required before showing personalised ads. Consent choices may be managed through Google’s consent tools used with AdMob.
4. Rewarded ads
Spykio may offer optional rewarded ads. These ads are player-initiated. For example, a player may choose to watch an ad to receive an in-game benefit such as a hint or undo. Rewarded ads are not required to play the core game.
5. Third-party services
Spykio uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC. Google may process data according to its own privacy policies and advertising technology policies.
